Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Elbowoavital at our Daily Movement studio, Unit 5, Keward Mill Trading Estate, Jocelyn Dr, Wells BA5 1DA, United Kingdom.
Return Period
You may return eligible products within fourteen days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligible Products
Returns are accepted for studio gear items such as exercise mats, resistance bands, and hydration bottles purchased directly at our studio reception. Items must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after purchase
- Items purchased at a discounted clearance price marked as final sale
- Digital or downloadable content, if applicable in future offerings
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at help@elbowoavital.world or +44 7837 627163 with your purchase details, including the product name and date of purchase. Bring the item to our studio during opening hours for inspection.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Refunds include the product price but exclude any delivery charges unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item, contact us before visiting the studio. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, contact us within fourteen days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
